Undead nightmare where to get unicorn

What is Death? The blood of a unicorn could be drunk in order to keep a person alive. However, the act of slaying a unicorn will cause the drinker to suffer a cursed life, though the specifics of what this actually entails are not known well.

It only spawns in Undead Nightmare after the other three horses have been at least caught, and then will show up virtually anywhere in New Austin, West Elizabeth or Nuevo Paraiso. Getting Death this way is, ah, difficult — particularly since, at a distance, it looks a bit like a normal horse, albeit one with a ghostly wind trailing in its wake.

Death is capable of instantly killing any undead that it collides with by causing their heads to explode. Note, though, that the horsemen are absent — which means that the four mounts are up for grabs. Once it appears, it will bolt and you will have to give chase.
